Data Deletion
If you’d like us to delete your personal data, we’ll help—kindly and promptly.
1) What can be deleted
Depending on your use of 5 mins Bliss, deletion may include:
- Your subscription email and newsletter preferences
- Your member account details (email, name/display name, settings)
- Any profile information you chose to provide
- If enabled: community comments or interactions associated with your account
2) The easiest options
A) Stop receiving emails (Unsubscribe)
You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email. This stops future sends.
B) Request full deletion
Email us at 5minsbliss@gmail.com with:
Subject: Data Deletion Request – 5 mins Bliss
In your message, please include:
- The email address you used to subscribe/register
- What you want deleted (newsletter subscription only / account / everything)
- If you used more than one email, list them (optional)
To protect you, we may ask for a simple verification step (like replying from the same email address).
3) Timing
We aim to complete deletion requests within [7/14/30] days (choose a timeframe you can reliably meet), unless a longer period is required by law.
4) What we may need to keep
In some cases, we may keep limited information:
- Where required by law (e.g., tax or payment records, if applicable)
- For security, fraud prevention, and system integrity (kept for a limited time)
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can’t identify you
