- Inhale for 5 seconds
- Hold for 5 seconds
- Exhale for 7 seconds
Repeat for 3–5 minutes.
No app required. Just your breath.
And your willingness to slow the world down for a moment.
Rest is not just absence of work — it's presence with yourself.
